Everyday warehouse maths

Picking orders means counting carefully. No calculator — just work each one out.

Spot the difference

Order details have to match exactly. Read each one closely and spot anything that’s different.

Read the rules, then answer

Packing procedure:
1. Scan the order onto your screen.   2. Pick every item into your tote.   3. Check each item against the order — correct product, variant and quantity.   4. Only then pack, add the packing slip, seal, and apply the shipping label last.

Dispatch rules:
• Orders under 2 kg go by Royal Mail.   • Orders 2 kg and over go by courier.   • Any order marked "Next Day" always goes by courier, whatever the weight.   • Anything fragile must have a FRAGILE label added.

Staying safe on the floor

Safety comes before speed. Choose the answer that keeps you and the team safe.

What would you do?

For each one, more than one answer can look okay. Pick the best one.
