Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 3pm, Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same working day*.

If there is any delay in dispatching your items, we will contact you by email or phone.

UK Delivery Charges

Free Delivery

Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days once received by the courier.

We use Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce, DHL, DX & UPS.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £3.00

  • Order before 15:00 for same working day dispatch.
  • Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Delivered in 1–2 working days.

DX Next Working Day — UK Mainland — £7.00

  • Order before 15:00 for same working day dispatch.
  • Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Delivered within 1 working day.

Pallet Delivery

If your order is shipped on a pallet, someone must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is present, the pallet may be left on your driveway or returned to the delivery hub. If returned, a redelivery fee will apply, payable by the customer.

Click & Collect

Pick Up From Store

You can collect your order from our warehouse:

  • Select “Pickup from store” at checkout.
  • Your order will be ready within 2 hours during our operating hours.
  • You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

Evri Pickup Point

  • Select “Ship to pick up point” at checkout to collect from your local Evri point.
  • Some items are not eligible for Click & Collect — we will contact you if your order is not eligible.
