Good value for money

This is a great piece of kit and good value for money given all that’s included with it. Unfortunately my first soldering iron shorted the first time it was used which was extremely disappointing and frustrating, clearly faulty internal wiring or connections. I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent out almost immediately. So far so good with this one so fingers crossed it was just an isolated issue!
