Description
This US PRO Tools shock absorber strut spreader and separator tool is designed to assist with the removal and installation of spring struts (shock absorbers) from the spherical hub bearing seat.
The tool works by opening and expanding the gap in the bearing seat to make it easier to remove or refit the strut.
The application range is approximately 5.0 to 11.5mm.
The tool is operated by a 16mm hex socket, while a 17mm open end spanner can be used to support and steady the tool during use.
