Website is fast - v important. Speed is the seller's most underrated/ignored feature. The search is really good - you can actually find stuff and the categorization / filtering is great so you can actually get to what you want quickly. There's also low cognitive demand, everything is obvious (to me) and checkout and delivery is fast too. Photos are clear, stock levels and price are also excellent. If I were to offer any advice, it would be to maintain your focus on tools only, but be the number one specialist for tools only. Don't be all things to all men. I would happily go here for tools as opposed to Screwfix / B&Q / Amazon, you are at least as good as these three, you probably don't recognize it yet, indeed, you don't get anything fundamentally wrong, quite the opposite. You can easily build a brand on "Always got tools in stock" "Always going to get it to you asap". Collecting consumer feedback for understanding consumer demand / revealed preference / social proof is also a high IQ move. Mine the data, mine the customer.

Bought this thinking I wouldn't need it only to end up using it to take off a super tight hub nut on my car about 2 weeks later. The bar bends quite a way and I was happy when leaning on it, feet off the ground, a 100kg me was able to _just_ get the nut moving. Torque must then have been..

Nearly 600Nm (443 lb ft) and it didn't cave?? That's over double the manufacturer's torque spec for the ut at 270Nm. Why mechanics do this is beyond me.

Summary: Pretty solid. You can take this breaker bar to the bank.

Excellent quality as always with US Pro, lovely finish and a really nice snug fit on the brake pipe nuts which came off really easy. These are the kind of tools that give you confidence in doing a job well. Worth every penny.
